Principles
Hold the rules, not your stuff
Your device holds your data and keys. Partners hold money and passwords. Mozilla holds only rules, consent, and receipts.
Proof needs a second signer
The site and your browser sign each receipt. The agent does not.
Build on standards
Auth can reuse passkeys and OAuth.
Keep people sharp
A sudden handoff to an unpracticed person is risky. Handoffs must not be sudden.
